We managed the creation and opening of Community Hubs at Tilbury and Purfleet for Thurrock Borough Council.

The adjoining Housing and MPs Offices required a full refurbishment before being converted into a single shared space to become the impressive new Tilbury Hub.

The Purfleet Old Housing Office underwent major refurbishment and structural improvement to create a fresh new community space. The newly refurbished building offered office accommodation for Thurrock staff, a brand new library, friendly space for people to hold meetings, relax and socialise, as well as a flexible space for use by local organisations and charities.

Both hubs were successfully delivered and were well received by council and community members, being recognised as much-needed and important social meeting places for the community.
