In 2018 we were appointed to project manage the creation of NHSP's new hub in Hemel Hempstead.

We set up project teams, structure and governance to successfully deliver a full and high-quality refurbishment of two office suites.

We organised the roll out of agile working across the organisation and relocated the 400 employees across eight carefully planned phases.
