Our proven approach was the key feasibility phase of Hertsmere’s Future Design Project. Through engagement, analysis and change management we formalised hybrid working across the council, reduced the overall required office space and designed a fresh new open plan flexible and collaborative space at the Civic Offices in Borehamwood.

We were delighted to subsequently continue our partnership with Hertsmere into project management and full delivery of the refurbishment, works and people moves.

Project outcomes included hybrid working implemented across the council, based on our comprehensive change and communications programme, over 50% reduction in storage and filing requirements, refurbishment of two nearby council Depots and delivery of the newly-created 20,000 sq feet Civic Offices. The offices accommodated the council workforce as well as chamber, meeting room and executive suites and freed up space additionally enabled occupancy of other external partners including Hertfordshire Police.
